About Joe Phillips

I'm Joe Phillips and I've been a member of this wonderful life for seventy five years and for fifty years of that time I've been involved
in this great game of graphic design and fine art.

At my studio in Fairfax, Virginia I conduct watercolor classes, fine art framing and
portraits in oil and watercolor.

My studio accomodates up to eight people for watercolor lessons on Friday and Saturday mornings.
